Your appointments and well-being are very important to us! We understand that life happens and sometimes appointment adjustments are needed. If you ever need to cancel an appointment we ask for a 12 hour notice. Any cancelation made after the 12 hour period you will be charged 20% of your total services booked. However all no-show appointments will be charged a 50% NON-refundable fee for all services booked and will be required to pay a 50% deposit per service booked for future bookings.
